Recently we've found a problem in our system due to which the customers who didn't pay yearly support/updates fee for their licenses were still getting the latest releases from their client area. We have processed all unpaid invoices and now the problem is resolved and unpaid support/updates are suspended that means you can still use the license, but can not get the latest releases and support from our staff. So if you log in to your client area and find that you are unable to download the latest releases, this means yearly support/updates of the license is expired and you have to renew it.
Please note also that any support via Customers Portal will be provided only to customers with active support and updates.
